Overview
Tribal sheng puer tea from the Banzhang village (班章), which was harvested in the spring of 2019. The tea leaves come from arbor tea trees in organic quality (shengtai 生态) and we get it from Shanshan's cousin Yushan. Yushan belongs to the Bulang ethnic group (布朗) and focuses on producing teas from the Bada (巴达) tea area. The tea is sold in the form of a cut bamboo stuffed with sheng puer tea (zhutongcha 竹筒茶), which is traditionally used to storage the tea by local tribes. Each piece has approximately 115 g (± 10 %) of tea, despite the total weight with the bamboo can vary. Tea should be consumed within a few years, but with proper archivation, it can be stored in the long-term.

- Aroma: Mild fruity-spicy scent with smooth honey tones
- Colour: The tea changes between bright yellow-white tones to darker golden-orange shades
- Taste: Combination of sweet marmalades, citruses (lemon and quince), dry herbs and hay turning into the mix of burned wood, dry nuts and juicy olives
