Overview
Tribal sheng puer tea from the Zhanglang village (章朗), which was harvested in the spring of 2023. The tea leaves come from ancient tea trees (gushu 古树) and were processed by Shanshan's cousin Yushan. Yushan belongs to the Bulang ethnic group (布朗) and focuses on producing teas from the Bada (巴达) tea area, which are characterized by a distinctive citrus, smoky, and fruity profile. The tea is sold in the form of a cut bamboo stuffed with sheng puer tea (zhutongcha 竹筒茶), which is traditionally used to storage the tea by local tribes. Each piece has approximately 50 g (± 10 %) of tea, despite the total weight with the bamboo can vary.Tea should be consumed within a few years, but with proper archivation, it can be stored in the long-term.

- Aroma: Distinctive milk chocolate scent with mild smoky tones
- Colour: The tea changes between bright yellow-white tones to darker golden-orange shades
- Taste: Citruses (grapefruit and pomelo) and spring-blooming flowers turning into sweet bamboo-wooden tones and flower honey
