Overview
Ripe sheng puer tea from Bohetang village (薄荷塘) from Yiwu Tea Mountain (易武), which was pressed in the spring of 2021. The tea leaves are from mixed tea leaves with the prevalence of old/mature tea trees (gushu 古树 and qiaomu 乔木) and were processed by Shanshan's tea mentor, Liang. Liang belongs to the Han ethnic group (汉族), which produces premium and limited tea editions from new and ancient tea mountains. The Yibang teas (倚邦) are often characterized by a distinctive sweet-fruity profile. The tea is sold in the form of 357 g tea cakes (bingcha 饼茶) with less caffeine content (laohuangpian 老黄片), which are suitable for long-term storage.

- Aroma: Intense fruity-nutty scent with herbal and spicy tones
- Colour: The tea changes between transparent orange-yellow tones to dark ochre-honey shades
- Taste: Fresh herbs (nettles, mint, woad-banlangen and valerian) and over-ripe stone fruits (strawberries and hot raspberries) turning into sticky rice and forest honey
