Overview
Premium sheng puer tea from the Mengsong Tea Mountain (勐宋), which was harvested in the spring of 2023. The tea leaves are a mix of tea leaves with the prevalence of old/ancient tea trees (dashu 大树 and gushu 古树) and were processed by Shanshan's friend Qiong. Qiong belongs to the Han ethnic group (汉族) and focuses on producing teas from the Menghai area (勐海). Mengsong teas (勐宋) can be characterized by a distinctive flower-fruity profile with a slightly sour aftertaste. The tea is sold in the form of 357 g tea cake (bingcha 饼茶) that can be stored in the long term.

- Aroma: Intense honey-flower scent with mild smoky fragrance
- Colour: The tea changes between bright golden-yellow tones to transparent honey shades
- Taste: Fresh citruses (lemon and lime), flowers (daisy and dandelion) and raw stonefruit (grapes and strawberries) turning into forest honey
