Overview
Premium sheng puer tea from the Bada Tea Mountain (巴达), which was harvested in the spring of 2019. The tea leaves come from old tea trees (dashu 大树) and were hand-picked and processed by Shanshan's cousin Yukan. Yukan belongs to the Bulang ethnic minority (布朗) and focuses on producing teas from the Bada (巴达), Bulang (布朗), Mengsong (勐宋) a Nannuo (南糯) tea area. Bada teas are often characterized by a distinctive citrus, smoky, and fruity profile. The tea is sold in the form of a tea slice (xiaofangpian 小方片), where you can prepare your tea without measuring the amount. Each tea slice weighs about 8 g (± 10 %). Tea can be stored in the long-term.

Gift box
The gift box is made of waterproof aluminium. With this tea box, you'll be able to prevent oxidation, block light, and avoid other negative factors affecting the tea's flavour. The tea box features the Banna House logo and descriptive stickers, including recommended tea preparation. In the gift package, you will find 6 tea slices (xiaofangpian 小方片) with a total weight of 50 g (± 10%).

Tea profile (akt. 06-07-2024)

• Aroma:  Mild smoky scent with soft honey-milky tones and citrusy fragrance
• Colour: The tea changes between blurry golden-yellow tones to darker honey-ochre shades
• Taste: Mix of citruses (lemon, pomelo and quince) and flowers (dandelion and chamomile) turning into nutty tones (walnut peels and walnut wood ash), sweet tobacco and white chocolate
