Overview
Premium ripe pu-erh tea from the Bulang tea mountain area (布朗), which was harvested in the spring of 2019. The tea leaves come from old trees (dashu 大树) and were hand-picked and processed by Shanshan's cousin Yukan. Yukan belongs to the Bulang ethnic minority (布朗) and focuses on producing teas from the new tea mountains areas, particularly Bada (巴达), Bulang (布朗), Mengsong (勐宋) and Nannuo (南糯) mountain areas. The tea from Bulang (布朗) are often characterized by a distinctive smokiness and bitter-sweet profile. The tea is sold in the form of 100 g pressed tea cake (bingcha 饼茶), which is suitable for long-term storage.

- Aroma: Intense wooden fragrance with honey-wetland tones
- Colour: The tea changes from dim brown tones to brighter brown-ochre shades
- Taste: Spices, walnuts, tea skin, tea sap that gradually turn into dark chocolate, salty caramel and medicinal tones
