Overview
Premium wulong tea from Yiwu Tea Mountain (易武) on "Oriental beauty" style (Dongfang Meiren 东方美人), famous especially in Fujian (福建), Guangdong (广东) or Taiwan (台湾). The tea was pressed in the spring of 2024. The tea leaves were processed for us by Shanshan's tea mentor, Liang. Liang belongs to the Han ethnic group (汉族), which produces premium and limited tea editions from new and ancient tea mountains. The tea is sold as a 100 g pressed cake (bingcha 饼茶), which is suitable for medium-term storage.

The name "摸摸" (Momo) can be translated as a feeling of touch, a unique tea experience that will not only warm your body but also your soul.

Tea profile (akt. 16-03-2025)

• Aroma:  Spicy-fruity scent with sweet honey tones
  
• Colour: The tea transitions from transparent orange-yellow tones to darker golden-honey shades
• Taste: Spices (cinnamon, clover and liquorice), fruit (peaches, nectarines and apricots) and tropical wood (santal and camphor) with sweet honey tones

Note: We put Wulong tea (烏龍茶) into the category of Yunnan Hongcha (云南红茶), because it is very non-traditional and unique tea produced in few places in Xishuangbanna. Since the Xishuangbanna tea market is still developing, we would like to show the rich tea diversity and contemporary trends in the Yunnan tea market.
