Overview
Delicate red tea from the Nannuo tea mountain area (南糯), which was harvested in the spring of 2023. The tea leaves come from old trees (laoshu 老树) and were hand-picked and processed by Shanshan's cousin Chunyan. Chunyan belongs to the Hani ethnic group (哈尼) and focuses on producing teas from the Menghai (勐海) tea area. The Nannuo teas are often characterized by a distinctive fruity-flower profile. The tea is sold in the form of a pressed tea cake (bingcha 饼茶) weighing 100 g. The tea should be consumed in the short-term. The tea cake is pressed in a way that you can divide it without using the tea knife.

- Aroma: Intense sweet-fruity fragrance with floral notes
- Colour: The tea changes from sparkling golden-brown tones to transparent honey-brown shades
- Taste: A combination of sweet pastries (brioche and mooncakes filled with rose petals), flowers (rose and lily), and candied fruit with a dominant citrus
