Overview
The teaspoon is a traditional tool that has been used for centuries to measure and scoop tea. The renowned use of the six traditional tea tools (known as liujunzi 六君子) can be dated especially to the Song Dynasty (960–1127). In addition to the teaspoon, tea tweezers, a tea needle, a tea brush, a tea filter, and a protective case were used during the tea ceremony, all of which every tea master always had at hand. These tools were most commonly made from bamboo, metal, or porcelain due to their water-resistant properties. Bamboo, known for its strength and natural resistance to moisture, is an ideal material for working with tea. This tool is indispensable for any tea lover who wants to enjoy a pure infusion while appreciating traditional tea craftsmanship. The bamboo tea spoon is made from one piece of crafted bamboo. It has a well-shaped handle that fits perfectly in the hand. Use

1. Preparation: Use the teaspoon to measure the desirable amount of tea. For this purpose, we recommend using the scale or estimating the desirable amount of tea according to your personal preference (normally 5-7 g; 1 g = 50-70 ml).
   
   
2. Scooping: Use the spoon to scoop tea directly from the container or bag. The spoon is designed to easily fit into narrow openings and allow for convenient scooping of smaller amounts of tea. Transfer the tea leaves from the spoon into a teapot, gaiwan, or other teaware. Ensure that the spoon is clean and dry to prevent contamination of the tea with moisture or other substances.
