Overview
Wild tea buds from the Mengsong Tea Mountain (勐宋), which was harvested in the early spring of 2024. The tea buds come from wild tea trees (yesheng 野生) and were hand-picked and processed by Shanshan's cousin Chunyan. Chunyan belongs to the Hani ethnic group (哈尼) and focuses on producing teas from the Menghai area (勐海). Mengsong teas (勐宋) are often characterized by a distinctive flower-fruity profile with a slightly sour aftertaste. The tea is sold in the form of sun-dried tea buds (yabao 芽苞), which are suitable for short-term storage.

Gift box
The gift box is made of waterproof aluminium. With this tea box, you'll be able to prevent oxidation, block light, and avoid other negative factors affecting the tea's flavour. The tea box features the Banna House logo and descriptive stickers, including recommended tea preparation. In the gift package, you will find tea buds with a total weight of 50 g (± 5 %).

• Aroma:  Intense herbal-fruity fragrance with sweet tones of marshmallow and scent of juicy rhubarb
• Colour: The tea changes between bright white-green tones to transparent golden-white shades
• Taste: Flowers (elderberry and linden), citruses (lemon and orange), and sweet goodies (fruity lollipops and candies) with a honey undertone
