How does it work?
Upon receipt of payment, we will immediately send you an electronic version of the gift coupon with a personalized identification number in PDF format. If you have only a gift coupon in your cart, select "personal pickup." If you prefer the gift coupon in printed form, write in the notes where we should send it. Within 48 hours, the gift coupon will be sent by post (Zásilkovna, GLS Europe) according to the standard postage rate.
How to redeem the gift coupon?
The gift coupon can be redeemed either directly during your personal visit to our Tea Chamber at Vyšehradská 11 in Prague 2 or directly on our e-shop through "cash on delivery," where the total amount will be deducted from the final price.
How can be used the gift coupon?
The gift coupon can be redeemed within 12 months of payment. The value of the tea coupon applies to all available tea and non-tea products.
