I. Overview

The Banna House is located in the Czech Republic and possesses the following advantages:
1. Local-based (Shanshan is a certified tea master from Youle Mountain who understands local tea culture and speaks several local dialects. We import our teas from Shanshan's relatives, classmates, and other close friends, which allows us unlimited access to all kinds of tea within Banna for unprecedented prices since we do not rely on third parties. Most of our high-quality teas are made by small tea farmers and local producers who use minimal machinery before, during and after the production. Yet, we also buy tea directly from small and well-established tea factories in Xishuangbanna on a regular basis to ensure both quality and quantity.)
2. Unlimited possibilities (We both offer tea and tea equipment at family prices that are significantly more reasonable than those that most foreigners or other Xishuangbanna outsiders can get. Our products are located in dry storage both in Prague and Jinghong (the capital city of Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture). While our e-shop offers more than 100 high-quality teas and over 300 premium teaware pieces, most of our products can be found outside of our website. Apart from that, we offer numerous services such as custom-made tea pressing, custom brand-name packaging and made-to-measure teaware supply. II. Eligibility & Conditions

The wholesale prices represent a significant discount on any of our products. They are applicable to tea businesses within and outside of the European Union. The wholesale prices start from 0.5 kg and may allow you to get up to 50% discount on our retail products.
The wholesale price is individually tailored to each customer based on the quantity and total price of each order. For this purpose, we provide the pre-calculation of each order rather than the detailed catalogue in PDF format. If you are a new tea business or you would like to double-check the taste profile of our teas, we recommend buying tea samples first so you can choose the right tea which will satisfy your needs.
Since we are currently not VAT payers, the wholesale price will be optimized according to your type of company to ensure competitive prices for your customers.

III. Orders & Services

Wholesale orders can be sent via email (info@bannahouse.cz) or WhatsApp (+420 731 186 727). Each order should include:
1. Introduction (Briefly introduce your company and specify the region and type of tea business you are doing.)
2. Links (Provide detailed information about your company by including links to your website and social media, along with additional contact information.)
3. Product List (Include the item numbers and full names of the products from our e-shop that you are interested in.)
Our B2B services primarily include:
1. Tea pressing (Get any type of your preferred tea with custom-made size, shape and weight to satisfy customers' needs.)
2. Tea packaging (Get your brand-name wrapper and package with a custom-made design and logo to attract more attention.)
3. Tea sourcing (Get a private tea supplier from Xishuangbanna according to your needs and budget with your business logo.)
4. Teaware supply (Get any type of your preferred clay or porcelain teaware with custom-made patterns with your brand name logo. This is especially applicable to the Dai, Jianshui and Nixing tea pottery. For other specific teaware orders, please, contact us.)
5. Tea equipment supply (Get any type of tea equipment from bamboo, wood and other materials with your logo.)
Additionally, we offer consultancy over the:
1. Shipping (Get your custom-made orders safe and fast with all necessary paperwork. To precalculate the shipping cost of bulky parcels, please contact us.)
2. Education (Get custom-made training about Yunnan geography, terminology and other tea issues based on empirical data and local-based experience to better know your products and provide more information to your customers)

IV. Payment & Shipping

All orders are standardly processed within 48 hours after the full payment, but this period may be longer during holidays and other high-season events.
For newly established tea businesses within the European Union (within 12 months), we provide free standard shipping for the first order up to 40 EUR.
Delivery within the European Union is standardly completed within a few working days, whereas delivery outside of the European Union takes approximately 7-10 working days.
The parcels can be tracked via the shipping code, which is sent to your email. However, the indicated time of arrival may sometimes vary, which is why we stay in touch with you until your parcel arrives safely and soundly.

V. Lost and stolen orders

In case you suspect that your package has been lost by the shipping company (i.e. parcel status indicates "not delivered"), we ask you to initiate a claim no earlier than 7 days following the most recent tracking update for the Czech Republic and after 20 days for international shipments.
In case you suspect that your package has been stolen (i.e. parcel status indicates "delivered" but you have not received it), please, submit a claim within 5 days after the supposed delivery date and within a 30-day window.

VI. Returned shipments

In case your order is returned to us in undamaged condition, we are pleased to offer a reshipment of the items at only the shipping cost.
In case your order is returned to us in damaged condition, claims must be lodged within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure your claim includes clear photos of the damage.
Before initiating the claim:
1. Send us the order number
2. Add relevant photographs as requested in the email
3. Double-check the contact information (i.e. shipping address, email and cellphone number).
The lost and stolen parcels are standardly covered by shipping insurance. However, if an inaccurate address is provided and the package is delivered to the wrong location, the shipping insurance can not be applied.
In case you need to modify your shipping adress before your item will be shipped, please send an email to info@bannahouse.cz with your order number and updated contact information. Although we cannot guarantee to update the changes in time, we will try our best to accomodate your request.

VII. Returns and payments

In case you are not satisfied with the products, you have the right to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Please ensure that the products remain unopened.
Once we receive your claim, we will send you a return label to facilitate the return process. Please kindly use this label to send the order back.
If the conditions mentioned above are met, we will reimburse the full purchase amount for the returned products within 5 working days after receiving the returned products.
In case only that only a portion of the products are returned, or the products are damaged, the refund will be deducted accordingly.
On our e-shop, you can safely pay with most credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) via Shoptet Pay. Alternatively, you can use the direct bank account transfer.
Once the payment is confirmed, we will pack the products and ship it to you as soon as possible.
